Accessible Viewing Platform – You can add a seat/space in our viewing platform (allocation allowing) via DICE fan support – information below.

Tickets

Please purchase your desired ticket on DICE and then check in with DICE fan support dice.fm/contact or via the DICE app to request your requirements (information below).

If we can’t accommodate your requirements DICE fan support will refund your ticket.

Accessibility Viewing Area

For all music events we have a limited capacity accessibility viewing space for customers who require space for a mobility aid and those who require a seat. This allows each ticket holder a spot or seat and a companion ticket + standing spot in the viewing area for said companion.  Please get in touch with DICE through dice.fm/contact or via the app to add this onto your ticket and if we are unable to accommodate and you are no longer able to attend the event, we will refund the original ticket purchased.

To note: we can only accommodate up to one companion per spot/seat/ticket in the accessibility  viewing area

If tickets are sold out, please still get in touch with DICE’s fan support as there might be some leftover allocation for the accessibility area.

Essential Companion Ticket

We have a limited number of essential companion tickets for all our music events at The Lower  Third. Please purchase the ticket type of your choice and then get in touch with DICE  dice.fm/contact or via the app to add this onto your ticket.

If we have run out of companion ticket allocation and this means you are no longer able to  attend the event, we will refund your original ticket purchased.

Queue Jump

We offer a queue jump to avoid the door queue and shorten time spent in the queue. If this  would be beneficial, please contact DICE dice.fm/contact or via the app to add this to your  ticket.

Please be advised, apart from the accessibility viewing area we cannot guarantee space away  from crowds inside the venue.

We can however organize re-entry per request (please email accessibility@outernetlive.com or  mention to our guest list person/host upon arrival)

Would three of us be able to sit/stand with my partner in the accessible seating  area next to the stage?

Unfortunately, due to very limited space in the area we can only accommodate up to one companion per seat/space.

Please note you can’t add an accessibility viewing area seat/spot onto a companion ticket – so if  the area is full a companion ticket holder will have to stand in said area.
